Yiwu Small Import & Export Co., Ltd is a professional trading company located in Yiwu, which is famous as China Small Commodity City.
Our products are designed by our designers, manufacturers, or customers. New models are introduced every week, and exclusive models are made upon requests. Specifically, the main products include:
1) Jewelry: a variety of fashion jewelry includes bracelets, brooches, earrings, clips, claws, barrettes, tiaras, hair sticks, sets, necklaces rings, which are made of crystal, rhinestone, silicone, pearl, rubber, leather, and so on
2) Bags and Cases: handbags, totes, shoulder bags, wallets, purses, luggage, and jewelry boxes
3) Apparel and Accessories: belts, shoes, slippers, sandals, gloves, underwear, sun glasses, watches, clocks
4) Gifts and Crafts: crystals, candles, frame, collectibles
The whole company consists of sales department, purchasing department, design department, shipping department, and IT department.
1) Sales department provides 20 hours per day, and 7 days per week online customer service. You may chat with our sales representatives online at your convenient time
2) Purchasing department is divided into three separate teams. Each team includes one experienced purchasing director and several purchasing assistants. According to their previous experiences, different team has their specialized categories, like jewelry, bags, gifts, crafts, toys, textile, stationery, and so on. After we receive your request on any specific product, one team with corresponding specialty will select at least three qualified manufacturers from thousands of potential manufacturers in the market
3) Shipping department is responsible for quality control, warehouse management, and arrangement of shipping
4) Design department will make research on the latest trend in fashion and cooperate with our customers to develop new styles
5) IT department is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our comprehensive ERP system. The operation of the whole company is divided into several processes. When new products come in, pictures will be taken and processed. Unique product id will be assigned and uploaded to our dedicated server. Details of the product will be added by our purchasing department. After the verification of our management team, the product will be activated and you may find it at our website. You may add the product into your shopping cart if it is in stock and check out. After you check out, you may download invoice and pictures in your account at our website. If the product is out of stock, you may add it into wish list. We need 15 days to 30 days for the manufacturing process
